Talent Overload

Posted in: The Journey
I went to check out Etsy.com today, I have to say I am so impressed.
Etsy is an American website where one can buy and sell anything that’s been handcrafted. It’s not just American sellers though, there are sellers from all over the world producing a whole selection of items from handbags, to art, to furniture and jewellery. All the items are such high quality as well, its such a fantastic idea!
Two sellers that have so far caught my eye (I have many hours of browsing Etsy to look forward too) are Tracy Antonik - Photo Glass Works and AshleyJewelry.
Tracy creates the most unique jewellery by taking photographs and glass and combining them into beautiful pendants; this along with unusual findings really gives them that artistic edge.
The AshleyJewelry collection has some beautiful, very wearable pieces using pebbles drilled with gemstones set within them. What a great idea! The best thing about Etsy is it’s so user friendly and unique crafts are available to everyone in a variety of prices to suit anyone’s budget. Great place to find unusual presents :-)
