Just found yr video on youtube. I was so impressed with the way you explained making basic earrings, it was a lot simpler as opposed to other videos. I’m new to jewellery but like yourself, want to create my own unique styles.

I have in the last couple of days decided I want to make jewellery and have started researching on the net when I found your site. I have now found someone who can maybe put me out of my misery! I have been searching the www for the last two months trying to learn about findings and things. I am now retired and have had an interest in making anything from wood and I am now making some pendants, bangles etc. from some of the beautiful exotic hardwoods I have collected over the years - but in searching the www I find a distinct lack of any info on ‘making wooden jewellery’ - is it not at all wanted?
I could, if you are at all interested, e-mail a photo of some I have prepared for finishing, once I have obtained the required findings, clasps etc. You may be able to suggest a way forward for me. It would be very much appreciated.

I love your site - inspiring ideas. However, I have some brooch bars and don’t know how to cover the bar - I have made some bead drops from the 5 holes but it needs something else over where the holes are - any instructions on using brooch bars?????

Stumbled upon your blog this evening - it’s wonderful that you’re sharing your experience. I also make jewellery, mainly with semi precious stones and sterling silver when I can find the time. I’ve reached the stage where I would like to do silversmithing too! Saw your products website - have you considered selling findings as well (sterling silver, vermeil, wire etc?

I have made few necklaces for friends as birthday gifts and they have been well received!

I just wanted to say that your wesite is excellent. Well laid out with plenty of good information. Your enthusiasm for this topic is infectious!

My husband bought me all the equipment to start PMC work for christmas a few years back but as yet ive not used it as ive no idea where to start! Ive only got a small amount of PMC and want to make something special but as yet iv got too many ideas - all of which are too complicated!!

Anyway…enough rambling. Thanks for the inspiration. Your work is absolutely delightful.
